What to include
- What the problem or project is. A breaker that keeps tripping, a panel upgrade, an EV charger, a rewire, lighting and outlets for a build-out. A sentence or two in plain language is enough, and photos of the panel or the area help.
- The address, or at least the town. The service area covers Point Place, Toledo and the surrounding area, and runs down the I-75 corridor toward Dayton for commercial work.
- Whether it is residential or commercial. A house and a restaurant are scheduled and quoted differently, so it helps to know up front.
- Whether it is urgent. If something is unsafe or the power is out, see below and call instead.
- The best number to reach you. Most jobs take one short phone call to size up correctly.

Emergency service is available 24/7, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A form sits in an inbox until someone opens it, so if the power is out, a panel is hot or smells like it is burning, there is smoke, or water has reached the electrical, do not fill in the form. Call 419-262-0078.
What to expect
A standard service call, which covers coming out and diagnosing the problem, is $180. Scheduled work is booked Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm, and the normal lead time is about a week, so if you have a project with a deadline it is worth getting on the schedule early.
Estimates depend on the job. Some can be quoted over the phone from a clear description, and others need a look at the panel, the service, and the building before a real number is possible. For reference, a Level 2 EV charger installation runs about $750 and a 100 to 200 amp panel upgrade runs about $5,200. You will have the number before any work starts.
