About half of Lighthouse Electric's work is commercial. That covers restaurants, small businesses, medical offices, and manufacturing facilities, from a build-out on an empty space to added circuits, lighting, panel work, and service upgrades in a building that has to keep operating while the work happens.

A restaurant fit-out with exposed conduit and panel installation. Restaurant electrical is its own kind of work: the kitchen and bar loads are heavy, the equipment layout drives the circuit plan, and much of the conduit is visible in the finished room, so the runs have to be laid out cleanly enough to look intentional.
Lighthouse installed the panel and ran the wiring for the bar and dining areas, with conduit routed to keep the runs straight and consistent across the space.
The venue has even been featured in The Toledo Blade.

Lighting, outlets, interior electrical
A tattoo studio, where the electrical has to serve both the artists and the customers sitting in the chair. The work covered interior electrical, commercial lighting, and outlet installation.
Each station needs power where the artist actually works rather than wherever the outlet happened to be, and the lighting has to be good enough to work under while still making the room somewhere people want to spend a few hours. Outlets were placed to the layout of the studio, and the lighting was installed to suit both jobs.
